Collubi is an early-access beta marketplace platform. By accessing or using Collubi, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Collubi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. As a beta product, features may change, malfunction, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Collubi makes no warranties regarding availability, reliability, or performance.
Collubi is a marketplace platform that enables users to list, discover, and transact with one another. Collubi is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers and does not authenticate, guarantee, or endorse listings, items, or users.
Collubi does not guarantee delivery, refunds, item condition, or seller performance.
However, Collubi may, at its sole discretion, review transaction-related issues and take actions it deems appropriate, including facilitating communication, delaying or releasing funds, issuing refunds, or restricting accounts.
Collubi is under no obligation to intervene in any dispute, and any actions taken do not constitute a guarantee of outcome or establish Collubi as an arbitrator or insurer.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
Collubi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.
Collubi does not authenticate, grade, or verify items, including items described as graded or certified by third parties. Any references to grading, certification, or condition are provided by the seller and are not endorsed or guaranteed by Collubi.
Collubi may require users, including sellers, to provide identification or verification documents to access certain features or complete transactions.
Collubi may review, approve, reject, or revoke verification at its discretion and may restrict or suspend accounts that fail to meet verification requirements.
Collubi facilitates payments through third-party payment processors.
Buyer payments may be received and held by Collubi for a period of time before being made available to sellers through an on-platform balance or feature labeled as a “Wallet.” The Wallet is not a bank account, stored-value account, or escrow service.
Collubi may delay, suspend, reverse, or withhold the release of funds in connection with disputes, refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud, policy violations, or legal or compliance obligations.
Collubi does not act as a bank, money transmitter, or escrow agent.
Transactions may be subject to chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by buyers or payment processors.
In such cases, Collubi may recover funds from seller balances, delay payouts, or take other actions as necessary to address the chargeback or comply with payment processor requirements.
Collubi does not guarantee the completion, validity, or enforceability of any transaction or auction conducted on the platform.
Collubi may offer paid features that allow users to increase the visibility of their listings, including featured placement or search result prioritization. Paid placement does not guarantee views, impressions, clicks, or sales and does not constitute endorsement by Collubi.
Listings, bids, transactions, and promotional placements may be modified, canceled, or removed at Collubi’s discretion.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Collubi.
By submitting content, you grant Collubi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and distribute such content solely to operate and improve the platform.
Collubi may review, monitor, or remove content as necessary to operate the platform, enforce these Terms, or comply with legal obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collubi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to use of the platform.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Collubi constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
